How to lose weight after pregnancy
Want to lose those pregnancy weight without wasting a lot of money for dieting pills?
or those herbal teas that have this bitter after taste effect that ruin your appetite and taste buds?.. I know I do. That's why I developed my own practical ways to get rid of them. Though this wont take those fatties instantly but for sure in time and determination it will gradually and effectively show. Trust me. Ive been there. I was fat period.Im not a celebrity so I cant afford those weight loss program. Im just one typical-ordinary woman who got fat after giving birth. I cant waste money with those dieting pills either because Ive got my baby to feed. I cant be self-centered and conceited now right?..
Honestly, I hate looking myself in the mirror because I can't stand myself. I
became helplessly fat, bloated and awkward-but I changed my perception instantly when I saw my old clothes lying in a hump.. and I told myself.. I will be wearing those again!..Ü(i said those words with conviction..)
So here's what I did:
>>I eat little but frequent meals.Telling yourself to deprive eating can cause you to eat more. So if you crave something like an icecream have some, but not so much that you would practically eat it all.. NO! Eat some to satisfy your cravings not your tummy..
>>Im very hands-on with my daughter so I stroll with her everyday for 15 to 30 minutes. Walking is the best exercise but this time your doing it with your darling baby so it wouldn't feel like your working out.
>>Do water therapy. Avoid drinking carbonated drinks. Its high on sugar and will gradually make you fat and unhealthy when you drink them often.
>>Eat little rice but more on veggies and fruits. Especially fruits rich in fiber. It helps cleanse the body and avoids constipation.
>>Play with your child. My daughter is 17 months old and we play a lot. We dance around, play hide-and-seek and peek a boo together but mostly we just dance around so you see playing and bonding with your child will also help you burn those fatties, you wouldn't even notice that your sweating because your simply having fun with your baby..
>>If my daughter is asleep I do my house chores. They serve as my daily exercise.
>>I do crunches with my baby. I will put her on my tummy and make funny faces when Im crunching. This is not only fun but effective.
>>Watch what you eat. I mean it literally and figuratively.
>>Here's the bonus part. Sex. (If your married this is ultimately and intimately one easy way to burn those calories.) Sex can really burn fats, even 5 minutes of french kissing your body is already burning calories.
>>>>Be patient and purposeful. This tips do not work overnight. It took me months to finally have my shape back. But looking back at it now it feels like I just did it overnight..Ü It's really reviving to know that you can achieve the things you want by being positive and optimistic about your own ability.
